Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Craft, including the designs you create, publish and order.
1. Using Craft
Craft is operated by OpenProduct, Inc. By accessing Craft, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked from them. If you do not agree, do not use Craft.
You must be legally able to enter a contract where you live. If you are under 18, use Craft only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.
2. Accounts
Keep your login details secure and provide accurate account and delivery information. You are responsible for activity under your account. Contact us promptly if you believe it has been accessed without permission.
3. Your content and designs
You keep any rights you already hold in text, images and other material you submit. You give Craft a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, copy, modify and process that material only as reasonably needed to provide the service, generate your design, show it to you, manufacture your order, provide support and operate Craft.
You represent and warrant that you own, or have all licenses, consents and permissions needed for, every element you submit and for Craft and its service providers to use it as described here. This includes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity and other proprietary rights. Do not submit content that is unlawful, deceptive or harmful, or sensitive personal information that should not be printed on a product.
A design is private to your account unless you deliberately publish or share it. Anyone with a public sharing link may be able to view and, where offered, Recraft that design.
4. Generated results
Craft uses automated tools to help interpret prompts and create artwork. Results can be unexpected, similar to other results or unsuitable for manufacturing. Review the displayed design, spelling, size and quantity before ordering. We may contact you if a paid design needs adjustment to be manufactured safely or reliably.
5. Craft templates and platform content
Craft and its licensors retain their rights in the site, software, brand, platform-created templates and other platform content. You may use available templates to create and order products through Craft. Unless we give written permission, you may not extract, scrape, reproduce, license or commercially exploit a platform-created template outside Craft. Buying a physical item does not transfer the underlying platform intellectual property.
6. Orders and payment
- Prices, shipping charges and applicable tax are shown before payment.
- Payments are processed by Stripe under its own terms and privacy practices.
- We may decline or cancel an order for fraud, payment issues, prohibited content, an obvious pricing error or a design we cannot responsibly manufacture.
- Custom-order cancellation, return and refund rules are described in our Refund Policy.
- Production and delivery are described in our Shipping Policy.
7. Intellectual property reports and enforcement
If we receive a credible rights complaint or reasonably believe content violates another person’s rights, we may remove or unpublish the content, disable a shared link, pause production, decline or cancel an order, and issue a refund where appropriate. We may preserve relevant records and notify the account holder so they can respond. Where urgent action is needed, we may act before giving notice.
We maintain a policy against repeat or serious infringement. Depending on the number and nature of violations, the user’s response and any valid correction of a mistaken report, we may restrict, suspend or terminate an account. Reposting material that was removed for infringement without resolving the complaint may be treated as a repeat violation.
Rights holders and users who believe content was removed by mistake may contact us using the instructions on the Contact page.
8. Availability and changes
We may change, suspend or discontinue parts of Craft, and we may restrict an account that violates these Terms or creates risk for other people or the service. We do not promise that Craft will always be available or error-free.
9. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, Craft is provided “as is” and “as available.” OpenProduct, Inc. disclaims implied warranties that may legally be disclaimed. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from your use of Craft.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot be limited under applicable consumer law.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the consumer laws where you live require otherwise.
11. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms as Craft changes. The effective date at the top identifies the current version. Material changes will be communicated where required by law.
