What to include

  • Order help: order number, account email and photos if an item or package is damaged.
  • Account help: account email and username. Never email your password or a verification code.
  • Privacy request: write “Privacy request” in the subject and describe the access, correction or deletion you need.
  • IP concern: identify the design or public URL, the work you own and how we can verify your authority.

Payment safety

Stripe handles card details. Do not email a full card number, bank information, password, government identifier or other sensitive information. Craft support will not ask for your password or verification code.
